Information Gathering

This process involves collecting product requirements from the customer, including details like design, structure, and category. Once all necessary information is gathered, we create a design process framework. This helps us understand the design and its positioning accurately.

Raw Material Inventory

In this stage, all the materials are sorted and prepared, including the type of outer fabric that is to be used, Lining, Closure system, Foam paddings etc. The team at MSM Reach Out inspecs the quality of every single item before it is sent ahead to the next process.

Sampling and Designing

The sampling process involves creating equipment tailored to the design specifications. All patterns are cut and marked for sample preparation, whether it's padding molds for injection molding, cutting blades for multilayer foam, screens for printing, laser cutting, or heat transfer stickers. At MSM ROWW, we leverage all our expertise to ensure the final product is both efficient and comfortable.

Process Chart Preparation

Once digital/sketch sample is validated by the customer, a complete process chart with the Bill of Materials (BOM) is prepared for the further processing of orders.

Cutting

Once all the required materials are sorted and verified, they proceed to the cutting stage. At MSM Reach Out WorldWide, cutting is performed using either a Clicker machine or traditional manual knife cutting. During this process, all pieces are cut according to the pattern or design.

Product Development

At this stage, product/sample manufacturing begins in our development facility. The design team provides a technical file with all the necessary details for production. This process transforms the design from an initial sketch into a final product that meets all specified requirements.

Production

Once equipment samples are approved, we initiate the manufacturing process by placing the final order. Our dedicated craftsmen pour their passion and expertise into transforming raw materials into impeccable designs. With years of experience in the sports industry, our skilled team meticulously oversees the creation of every piece of boxing equipment, leaving no detail overlooked.

Supply

Once products are completed, they undergo meticulous packaging to ensure utmost safety. A final quality check is conducted before each item is shipped out. Every piece undergoes thorough scrutiny by our team before being carefully packaged.

Export

For exports, we adhere to standard international procedures to ensure compliance and smooth shipping processes.
